Individual Sessions

60 minutes

$140.00 + GST

One on one professional therapeutic assessment and counselling tailored for your needs using up-to-date evidence based theories and frameworks. We recommend 6-8 regular sessions to see changes depending on your situation and circumstances.

Couple Session

Professional relationship counselling for couples to work through relational dynamics and challenges using up-to-date evidence based theories and frameworks such as Gottman’s, Attachment Theory and EFT.

Family / Parenting Session

60 - 90 minutes (up to 4 individuals)

Professional counselling for families (parents, children and siblings) to work through challenging dynamics and behaviours using up-to-date evidence based theories within family systems.

Online and Phone Counselling

60 minutes

$140.00 + GST for Individuals | $160.00 + GST for Couples

For those working FIFO, living rurally or interstate, or unable to attend in-person sessions, individual and couples counselling is available online or via phone call.
The same therapeutic interventions as in-person counselling is used just as effectively in these settings. Please note, fees are charged 24 hours prior to sessions.

School Behavioural Management and Strategic Meetings

60+ minutes

$150.00 + GST / 60 minutes

Representing your child’s needs by providing strategy and psychoeducation to their teachers and school staff for improving and managing teacher-child relationships, social challenges and bullying, and class behavioural and learning difficulties.
